Marina Four

Visitor (under 40ft.)	$1.50 per foot per night
Seasonal (1 May—15 Oct)	$82 per foot per season
Monthly	$20.25 per foot per month
Reservations NOT accepted. Car parking is extra. Personal watercraft & dinghies extra. Deposits are required for dock access keys. Minimum charge based on 24 ft. length overall. Fees include use of one 30 amp outlet (see reverse).

Marina Quay West

Visitor (under 40ft.)	$1.50 per foot per night
Visitor (over 40ft.)	$2.00 per foot per night

John Quay

Drop-In (under 40ft.)	$15 flat rate (3 hrs or less - 9 am to midnight)
Overnight (over 40ft.)	$2.50 per foot per night
Overnight (under 40ft.)	Please use marinas
Monthly	$20.25 per foot per month
Reservations accepted for vessels over 50 ft. (overnight only). Please complete this form. Same-day paid drop-in rate may be applied towards overnight visit.

Pump-Out

Located at John Quay, our pump-out offers self-serve flexibility or service assistance. Required tokens can be purchased at Marina Office or the Pump–Out. (Each token provides ample time to extract up to 30 gallons).

General Information

Rates effective as of January 1, 2008.
All rates apply to vessel’s overall length, including attached dinghies, PWCs, davits, swim platforms and bowsprits.
Fees include use of one 30amp outlet.
Additional power is an extra cost of $200 per 30amp outlet (if available).
Fees payable in advance. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
Visitor dockage may be adjacent to the Boardwalk public walkway.
Vessels docked in areas reserved for events may be subject to relocation.
Visitor check-out time is 11am.
Visitor rates and Pump–Out token rates include GST.
Seasonal and monthly rates do NOT include GST.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac accepted.
Prorated seasonal fees offered only as of June 15th onward.
