Musical gems by Feist, Workman, Sexsmith, Tielli, Harmer and more in superb arrangements by Aaron Davis, Gavin Bryars, Phil Dwyer and others. Pianist Andrew Burashko's innovative chamber music group presents The Toronto Songbook with Sarah Slean featuring twelve songs from eleven songsmiths - mostly Torontonians -- in brand new arrangements from an outstanding and eclectic lineup of musicians - mostly Canadian.

The Art of Time Ensemble, in a 'hybrid' version comprised of some of Canada's best classical and jazz musicians, accompanies Slean as well as performs three (instrumental) tangos by Christos Hatzis, Phil Dwyer and Cameron Wilson. Slean will be joined by a remarkable team of musicians for these new arrangements: Andrew Burashko on piano, Phil Dwyer on sax (virtuoso musician, arranger, composer, multiple Juno winner), Justin Abedin on guitar, Stephen Sitarski on violin and Rafael Hoekman on cello.
