Jeffrey Archer (U.K.) is the author of 14 novels, including Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less and Kane and Abel, 5 collections of short stories, three plays, three children’s books, and two screenplays. He is published in more than 65 countries and 38 languages, and has international sales in excess of 135 million copies. Archer has raised more than £10 million for charity in the last ten years, and has appeared as key-note speaker at a number of major events – Margaret Thatcher called him the finest orator in England. Jeffrey Archer has been married for 40 years to Dr Mary Archer. They have two sons, and divide their time between homes in London and Cambridge. Jeffrey Archer presents his eagerly awaited new novel, A Prisoner of Birth.
